Did you know, that we are running on autopilot 95% of the time?

And, if we are, does it not make sense to make sure that the programs we are running during that 95% of the time are those that serve to benefit us, and do what we WANT to do, rather than what we DON’T want to do?

You wouldn’t give a perfectly-tuned musical instrument to someone who has never taken the time to learn how to play it, and expect to hear the strains of beautiful music. You might hear a few pleasing notes, or perhaps a couple of songs that they had picked up or figured out over the years. They might be able to “get by”.

Well, your brain is far more complex, far more miraculous than any musical instrument - an electromagnetic wonder of chemical sensitivity housed within the biological machine of the human body - but because it does not come with a user’s manual, and we do not have to pay for it, most people will never bother to take the time to find out exactly how to get the BEST out of this miraculous and sensitive apparatus!
